Start with the factory requirement
Create purchase indents from department requests, item reorder levels or production shortages. Smart Suggest checks the BOM requirement against stock, existing production and pending purchase orders before calculating the quantities that need action. The buyer can see what the factory needs and what is already on the way.
Compare quotations with vendor performance
Send multi-item RFQs to multiple vendors through email or WhatsApp. Collect responses in the vendor portal or enter a received quotation, then compare offers with the supplier’s price, delivery and quality history.
Configure scoring rules and use AI recommendations to review the options. Run vendor bidding when it suits the purchase: each vendor sees its rank while other bid prices remain private. Convert the selected quotation into a purchase order.
Compare the purchase amount, quantity and delivery together
Here is an illustrative buying example. You need 80 approved-specification pieces within three days. Supplier A offers packs of 25 at ₹500, with a four-pack minimum and delivery in four days. Supplier B offers packs of 20 at ₹420, with a three-pack minimum and delivery in two days. Taxes and freight are excluded from this example.

Supplier A has a lower price per piece, but requires buying 100 pieces and delivers after the stated need. Supplier B supplies 80 pieces for ₹1,680 within the requested date. Compare the quantity and timing as well as the unit rate when making the purchase decision.
Follow the order through accepted stock
Track inward material, GRN, item QC, invoices and returns on the PO timeline. Release accepted stock after the configured inspection, retain rejected quantities and record short or excess deliveries. Invoice-photo OCR extracts vendor and item details for entry.
